A Kingston "TurboChip" 486 upgrade kit for 486 systems. It has a 133MHz AMD 5x86-P75 PQFP packed CPU mounted on a PGA curcuit board to fit into a standard 486 socket. A fan is mounted on top of the module. These kits were sold as upgrades for common i486 systems and came with an installation booklet and a chip puller.

This is the same chip burried inside the Mitsibushi Amity VP Pentop computer. It was cooled by a large flexable copper pad. Thats why the sucker ran REALLY hot after a few hours of operation...
