EPSON
Corporate information
EPSON logo
The corporate name Epson dates back to the introduction of the EP (Electric Printer)-101 in 1968.

Taking "EP" as the base, "son" was added to form the name "Epson" in the hope that a series of successful products would be created and thus gave birth to the Epson brand in 1975. Since then, Epson has grown and developed a series of products spreading forth like the branches of a tree.
