68030 information
Successor to the Motorola 68020 and followed by the 68040. The 68030 has on-chip split instruction and data cache of 256 bytes each and an on-chip MMU.

The 68EC030 is a 68030 without a paged memory manager (MMU).

It was used in many models of the Apple Macintosh II series of personal computers, several UNIX workstations, the Atari Falcon 030 and the Amiga 3000.
